Q: Are there any topics that are off limits?
A: I will cover almost any topic you would like to gain insight on. However, I am not a medical professional nor a legal specialist so I will not cover topics or provide advice relating to legal issues, medical issues, pregnancy, or death. If asked, I will redirect you to a consult with a medical or legal specialist.
Q: How accurate are your readings?
A: Based on feedback I have been given from clients, they are fairly accurate. Although, I feel it is important to remember that the future is subject to change and these readings will project what is to come if you continue on the same path. Additionally, the information provided is subject to your own interpretation and should not be taken as absolute. Do what you wish with the information but please keep in mind that these readings are for entertainment purposes only.
Q: How do I pay for the readings?
A: I accept payment through CashApp, Venmo, Paypal, and through my Etsy shop. I do not accept checks, cash, or prepaid cards. Payment for readings will be collected at the end of the session.
Q: What is the Summerland?
A: In pagan beliefs, the Summerland is considered to be the equivalent of the pagan afterlife where there is an eternal Summer. I was inspired to incorporate this into the name of my business because after a near death experience I had in 2020, I recall visiting what I believe to be the equivalent to the Summerland where I met with one of my Spirit Guides before returning to my body. After that, my life has never been the same.
Q: How do I leave a review? What if I’d prefer to leave an anonymous review?
A: Reviews can also be left on my website by submitting feedback which will later be publicly posted. If you would rather not divulge your personal information when leaving a review, go to the reviews tab and at the bottom left corner of the page below the feedback form will be a button that says feedback. When you click that, it will give the option of leaving an anonymous review. The same applies for a general review of the website or products. Anonymous reviews for those topics can be submitted in the same fashion via the contact page.
Q: How does the refer a friend discount work?
A: When you refer a friend, they will need to explicitly mention your name so I can cross reference it with my records for confirmation. Once it is confirmed, I will use the email on file from when your original reading was booked to send you a discount code for the $5 off your next reading. The discount will only be valid for one reading but another may be redeemed if you refer a new person who has not read with me.
Q: How do I redeem a promotional coupon?
A: If you have a coupon please present it at the time of the reading and the discount will be applied. If it is a phone reading, please mention the coupon number if it is a physical coupon. If it is a digital coupon from the mailing list, merely provide your email for confirmation.
